Human Resources Generalist - Payroll

RH is working with a Dynamic Firm in the professional services space, and they are seeking a polished Human Resources Generalist with a fantastic skill set in Payroll. This a more technical role which focuses on HR Benefits Administration, 40lk and general HR Administration duties. We are looking for a self-motivated and eager individual with an elite skill set.

Our client offers state of the art benefits, Fully paid Insurance, bonus eligibility and more. Hybrid schedule is also offered once the job is mastered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources or related field,

• Proficiency in HR software, i

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and company law

• Experience in benefits payroll management

• Excellent leadership and people management skills

• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
