Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist based in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be tasked with managing payroll processes and procedures, maintaining employee payroll records, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and calculate termination payments

• Resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently

• Maintain and update all employee payroll records regularly

• Administer benefits enrollments and changes as needed

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks

• Handle sensitive and confidential payroll information with discretion

• Understand and apply payroll laws and IRS regulations in all tasks

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other accounting software systems effectively

• Perform audits on payroll and benefit functions

• Manage and administer 401k - RRSP Administration processes. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experienced in using ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledgeable in ADP Workforce Now

• Skilled in using Ceridian and Dayforce

• Familiar with 401k - RRSP Administration

• Proficient in About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
