A day in the life of an HR Generalist
As Tribute's HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Caregiver Associates and Office Associates thrive.
This will be done by:
Providing general support to Tribute's HR team: You will be the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation, support learning and development programs and contribute to various HR initiatives
Support benefits administration: You will serve as the first point of contact for benefits questions, assist in administering benefits programs, process enrollments and changes, and communicate updated policies to associates
Support Office Associate talent acquisition: You will coordinate recruitment processes, schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, maintain applicant tracking systems and help facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires
Backing up HR colleagues: You will cross-train in various areas of HR, gaining a breadth of experience and covering for HR team members as needed
This role will be primarily remote, but requires a candidate that is able to travel to Tribute's Framingham, Massachusetts office for in-person meetings 3-4 times a year.
The start date for this position is flexible.
What you need to be qualified for this position
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in benefits administration and talent acquisition
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Unwavering, passionate commitment to the Caregiver experience and service excellence
Warmth, compassion and a sense of humor
Excellent computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
The ability to travel to the Framingham, Massachusetts office as needed
