In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning and delivery of innovative solutions that enhance safety for our associates and customers while preserving company assets. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing product features, guiding the product lifecycle, and ensuring that our value streams produce sustainable products and solutions. Your expertise will help build strong relationships with business partners, and your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment will be crucial for addressing their needs. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of product management experience, strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence, and excellent networking skills. responsibilities:

• Owner of creating, managing & prioritizing product features, using a backlog, including expertise in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layer

• Key owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including expertise in guiding the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plans

• Responsible for ensuring that Value Streams are creating feasible and sustainable products & solutions

• Owns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value work

• Key participant in supporting and reviewing system demos to ensure demonstrated delivered work aligns with targeted bus value deliverables & scope

• Responsible for managing vendor relationships including expertise in ensuring targeted vendor deliverables meet our product needs including timely alignment

• Conducts customer satisfaction surveys/analysis, validates customer response, provides fast feedback, prioritizes defect resolution & enhancements

• Works effectively with all levels and roles including fully understanding R&Rs of the PO, team, stakeholders & other teams

Minimum Qualifications (Requirements)

• 8 plus years of product management experience (managing the process, not people; however, if converted down the road, this role could manage people)

• Jira and Confluence experience (required)

• Excellent Networking and Influencing skills.

• Experience managing or coaching Product talent.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills

• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Expert in understanding business needs, converting those into epics, creating, managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog.

• Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors
