Shift Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm (with potential for overtime) Starting Salary: $52,000-$62,400/yearly, depending on experience Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, layouts, and job orders for tooling instructions. Operate CNC lathes/mills and related tools to remove excess material. Load and unload materials manually or using appropriate equipment. Report any machine issues or needed repairs to supervisors. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor progress to achieve production goals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years' experience with mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in CNC controls. Ability to read part prints and machining work orders. Familiarity with quality inspection tools. Basic math skills including fractions, and percentages. Desired: FANUC programming experience. Forklift experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; team lifting for heavier items. Willingness to work overtime.
