This engineer will be in charge of developing, maintaining, and improving injection molding processes. They will act as the subject matter expert for all plastic injection molding processes, overseeing mold transfers, reducing cycle times, mold decupling. They will interact with supervisors, process technicians, and customers to improve the design for manufacturing. Engineer will also coach process technicians to improve production and team.
