The Sr HR Operations Specialist is part of the myHR team, a world-class, value-added, and customer-focused team that works in partnership with other functions to provide strategic, simple, and efficient solutions for our employees. The position is responsible for supporting the shared service model and the Company’s HR initiatives by implementing and administering identified HR core operational processes. As a Sr HR Operations Specialist, you will provide day-to-day management and support to HRBPs for a specific region as well as manage myHR processes and programs. In addition, you will identify and implement process improvements to drive compliance and accuracy as well as enhance the employee experience.

Your Responsibilities will include:HRBP Collaboration:

  • Liaison with HR Business Partners and specialists to help team interpret and respond to inquiries on HR policies and procedures during the full employee lifecycle.

  • Advise HRBPs on specific myHR processes such as Unemployment, COVID, Severance Program Administration, etc.

  • Serve as a designated lead for HRBP Directors in supporting key Annual Processes such as Performance Management, Engagement, Talent Assessment, etc. Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development) and support delivering on execution of such processes and programs to employee base.

  • Use independent judgement to interpret policies, execute strategy and ensure compliance to applicable regulations.

  • Partner with HRBPs on more complex SNOW cases & guide employee/manager to right channels as needed (direct access, COE, HRBP)

    Case Management and Customer Service:

  • Resolve complex, ongoing cases in Service Now.

  • Act as a point of escalation to myHR team in support of KDP’s US workforce in resolution of a wide variety of employee and manager issues under general supervision.

  • Handle low to mid complexity employee relations cases.

    Employee File Documentation:

  • Gathering site specific documents to maintain employee files.

  • Assist in employee file requests in support of subpoenas and litigation

  • Serve as POC for VISA questions.

    Data and Analytics:

  • Responsible for compiling and analyzing ad-hock reports. Analyze various HR and employee compliance reports and prepare summaries.

  • Assist with Mass Data Change Tickets & Data Change Support (term clean ups, Qualified Rate Increases, etc.)

  • Partner with HRBP on regular monthly dashboards (report pulling & initial deck set up). Support bonus worksheets and plan review / confirmation.

  • Maintain HRBP allocations in workday

    Project & Process Management:

  • Lead and/or participate in small to medium process improvement initiatives that require a basic working knowledge of project management. Project / Annual Cycle Support (Engagement, Performance, Surge Support, Intern Cycle, BAR process).

  • Help with document, planning, sequencing for key people activities/org work.

    HR Compliance: Scheduling of random drug screen, I-9 verification SME, POC for I-9 questions. Liaison with compliance team

    Work Schedule: This role is available hybrid (2/3) or 100% onsite. Core hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent

  • Experience in fast paced, high volume, customer support service role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) product suite

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday & ServiceNow preferred

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to build and manage strong, collaborative working relationships and carry high credibility with cross-functional teams

  • Change agent who is dedicated to continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
