Junior Counter Intelligence / Counter Threat Analyst (Must have a Top Secret with SCI eligibility)

Job Summary:

Our Junior Intelligence Analyst will provide all-source intelligence analysis support using NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS systems, to access required CI, Cyber, Counterterrorism (CT), Security, Insider Threat, Foreign Preference (FP), Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE), investigations, and operations data in the form of reports, trend analyses, data queries, finished intelligence products, research, briefings, white papers, and other products as required and according to SOPs, protocols, and requirements. As all-source analysts, have the ability to apply basic understanding of the various forms of intelligence in order to incorporate this data into intelligence analysis (i.e. HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.) and Cyber operations.


  • Prepare and coordinate comprehensive analytical products supporting and evaluating collection via applicable systems, IAW SOPs and/or protocols. These reports include but are not limited to Expedited Screening Information Reports, Requests for Assistance (RFA) and Requests for Information (RFI). Response data would be provided written and orally.

  • Prepare and update status and activity reports of statistical data, progress, summaries, trends, results, and associated information on ESC assessments, activities / threat information, IAW DCSA policy.

  • Prepare comprehensive Analytical Assessment reports, and recommendations using other relevant information and intelligence, for use in, but not limited to: CI activities, referrals, and suitability and security determinations.


Minimum Qualifications:


High School diploma with a minimum of four (4)years of all-source, counterterrorism, or counterintelligence analysisexperience


Two (2) years of intelligence report writing experience


Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility


Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of threat-country collectionmethodology and general intelligence activities


Familiar in utilizing current intelligence-related automation, applications,tools, and databases to support intelligence analysis and production


Proficient in properly marking classified documents, adhering to disparateclassifications of data, and handling of classified information across domains


Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing


High level of attention to detail


Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint, Exceland Access
