Responsibilities

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work Requirements

• Family Law Experience

• Well-founded grasp of Discovery

• Communicate with clients

• e-Filing experience

• Expertise in Family Law

• Schedule hearings, mediations

• Deep understanding of e-file

• Practical knowledge of Schedule Depositions

• Draft Legal Documents experience

• Proven knowledge of Draft Letters

• Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

• Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
