• Coach and develop technicians
• Light automotive repairs such as repairing brakes, batteries, belts, and etc.
• Oversee inspection of customer's car and recommendations for preventative maintenance to customer
• Capable of managing supplies and ordering products when needed
• Willingness to work outside in the cold and heat
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Physical demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, pull and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills
