Salad and Go Warehouse Team Member in Garland, Texas
Training for this position will not begin until mid to late May. If chosen to interview for the role, in person interviews will take place at our current facility in south Oak Cliff, but will report to the new Garland facility located at 2610 McCree Rd, Garland, TX 75041.
COMPENSATION: Starting at $19.00/hr
Our Warehouse Receivers are responsible for:
Receives, counts and records shipment data into warehouse management system.
Identifies incorrect/short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
Maintains good organization of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
Pallet stacking/breakdowns.
Operating pallet jack or equipment.
Cleaning, receiving and labeling products by notating product and generating labels.
Ensures food waste is minimized and follows food safety guidelines (storing food properly, FIFO)
Inspecting for quality while picking, staging, and loading orders.
Assisting in inventory process.
Requirements:
Ability to work at a fast pace throughout shift.
Working in a cold environment (35-40 degrees) for extended periods of time in warehouse.
Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be Forklift Certified and operate other material handling equipment, electric riding pallet jack preferred
