What we need from you

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting is desirable.

• A deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, cost control, and health and safety regulations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with high levels of written and verbal communications skills in English.

• Flexibility with an ability to work under pressure, ensuring a smooth operation even during busy periods.
