We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities or as a team on key projects. The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
The Project Manager will report into the Project Operation Manager as they provide direction and vision to the project stakeholders.
Mission:
You are responsible for multiple Projects in the company.
Projects ranging from small to larger budgets on site in Hamme / Belgium
Defining Project scope together with client.
Manage a wide range of Projects - Small / Big - Technical / Fit-out / Renovation Projects
Respect budget, planning and quality and track these following the defined procedures.
You drive customer satisfaction by delivering high quality Projects.
You manage and coordinate external (Customer, partners, suppliers, sub-contractors) teams.
This responsibility is exercised from contract signature to the contract completion period.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the customer relationship.
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
Ensure the realization and optimization of the contractual requirements (with the customers as well as with the sub-contractors) in respect of budgets, quality levels, schedules and business segment strategy.
Manage and supervise the internal and external stakeholders in a transverse way.
Model, follow and improve the results on the project by identifying solutions and managing risk and opportunities.
Ensure project safety and compliance with standards and regulations.
Manage closing of the project by capitalizing and sharing on experience (lessons learnt).
Profile:
Educational Background
Bachelor/Master’s degree in construction, engineering, architectural (Interior) background or equivalent by experience in Design & Build / Construction / Technical projects etc…
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management of construction projects.
Languages: Dutch, English and French
Professional use required for NL and ENG languages, spoken and written
Skills
Customers and subcontractor’s relationships experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Knowledge of AutoCad is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Onsite 5 days a week based role, max 50 km located from site
