Responsibilities:

  • This position requires the application of precise positioning and scanning techniques combined with accurate settings of technical factors as well as the monitoring of equipment to insure proper functioning.

  • Supports mission philosophy and policy/procedures of Holy Cross Health Systems and the Medical Imaging Department.

  • Supports the Mission of Trinity Health

What you will need:

  • Graduate of an approved Ultrasonography Program.

  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers - General

  • Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in vascular ultrasound (RVT) Preferred or completed within 1 year of hire

  • American Heart Association - CPR certified.

  • One year experience in Ultrasonography preferred, to include OB GYN, abdominal, small parts, Doppler and preferably vascular.

  • Must demonstrate the capability of maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships.

  • Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English language
