Description We are in the process of adding a Fixed Asset Accountant to our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This role plays a crucial part in our organization, taking charge of our fixed assets and working closely with various accounting functions. You will be engaged in a range of tasks, including maintaining accurate records, auditing, and working with accounting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all fixed asset functions within the organization.

• Utilize accounting software systems to facilitate and enhance work processes.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and validity of financial information.

• Collaborate with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to optimize resource planning.

• Handle all accounting functions, including accrual accounting, to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Participate in budget processes to assist in financial planning and forecasting.

• Apply knowledge of capitalization rules and regulations in the management of company assets.

• Execute Fixed Asset Accounting, ensuring that all company assets are accurately accounted for.

• Utilize BlackLine software to automate and control financial close operations.

• Develop and implement banner ads as part of the company's marketing strategy. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with Banner Ads is considered an asset

• Experience with BlackLine software is highly desired

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Ability to utilize ERP Solutions for efficient asset management

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accrual Accounting is necessary

• Experience in Auditing is needed

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required

• Understanding of Capitalization principles is necessary

• Proficiency in Fixed Asset Accounting is a must-have
