Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Welders with experience in MIG/TIG welding to join our team. This position involves repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment and machinery, including haul truck beds, utility trailers, equipment buckets, and other shop-related welding tasks . This is potentially a long-term opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and a dedication to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld and repair cracks, apply plates, and perform miscellaneous welding on heavy equipment.

• Weld on haul truck beds, utility trailers , and other large machinery components.

• Fabricate and repair parts for equipment buckets and other shop equipment as needed.

• Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and durability standards.

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications as provided.

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to all company and industry safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MIG/TIG welding in a similar industrial or equipment repair role.

• Ability to pass a welding test to verify skill level.

• Familiarity with welding on heavy equipment and machinery .

• MSHA certification is required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.

Additional Requirements:

• Must provide a resume for review prior to consideration.

• Candidates will be required to complete a welding test to assess proficiency.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and operating heavy tools.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
