Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and leading the project team to ensure the safe, timely, and quality completion of assigned construction projects within budget. Key responsibilities include developing high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring, managing communications with stakeholders such as owners and architects, and defining project scopes and deliverables. You will be accountable for the entire project lifecycle, from staffing and planning to execution and final assessments. This role also involves managing owner communications related to project risks, schedules, budgets, and logistics, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
