We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Processing Specialist. The incumbent will be mainly tasked with handling orders within the Wellsky/Forcura platforms. One critical aspect of this role involves liaising with providers to secure signed orders and re-faxing or emailing them if necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor orders pending physician signature and follow up with medical providers to confirm receipt, verification, and verification of signed orders.

• Manage the process of uploading orders and progress notes from Kmails in Wellsky, ensuring data accuracy, and integrity.

• Work closely with Case Managers on missing consents. The role will involve the inability to proceed with patient transitions, this may require the cross-referencing of corresponding Google sheets.

• Liaise and cooperatively work with the wider team to provide updates regarding order and consent status, as necessary.

• The role may also extend to other related tasks that support the efficient running of the order management system.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in order processing, preferably within the medical field.

• Proficiency in utilizing Wellsky and Forcura systems.

• Strong IT skills, including experience with Google suites.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with healthcare providers and case managers.

• Ability to work independently, showcasing initiative to follow up on pending tasks.

• Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
