Pay | $17.50 per hour + $2.50 shift differential for nights Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2 AM Temp-to-hire | Entry-level Employee Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Referral bonus potential Onsite cafeteria Painter duties include sandblasting parts to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, safely operating painting equipment, shoveling and pouring abrasives (i.e. sand or grit), loading parts onto racks, regulating pressure and the composition of the mixture, examining finished parts and checking for quality, adjusting pressure valves as needed, hand spraying parts, mixing paint, and other tasks as assigned.
