About the Team

The Eightfold.ai Pre-Sales Solution Architect Team (PSA) is a highly skilled and experienced group of professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive Talent strategies and deep technical expertise to Customers. Our primary objective is to ensure that Customers receive innovative and tailored solutions that align with their unique business requirements and technological landscape.

The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect Team's key strengths comes from their ability to provide in-depth strategic technical answers and guidance, on a variety of technologies, constraints, and objectives.

Our collective expertise spans a wide range of technologies, platforms, and architectures, enabling them to address even the most complex technical queries with precision and clarity. Whether it's addressing performance optimization, security considerations, integration challenges, or exploring cutting-edge technologies, the team delivers comprehensive and actionable insights.

The team's technical expertise is complemented by their commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements. At Eightfold.ai, a Pre-Sales Solution Architect will craft process and implementation strategies encompassing the following key objectives:

  1. Requirements Gathering: Through collaborative sessions and in-depth discussions, the team thoroughly understands the Customer's business objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes. This process ensures that the proposed solution aligns with the Customer's goals and addresses their challenges effectively.

  2. Solution Design: Leveraging their expertise in various technologies and architectures, the team designs comprehensive solutions that incorporate industry-leading Talent practices, scalability, and future-proofing. They consider factors such as compliance, security, and integration with existing systems to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

  3. Implementation Strategy: The team advises on implementation strategies that focus on clear objectives, timelines, and ROI for successful implementation. These plans serve as a roadmap for the Customer and ensure that the project remains on track, within budget, and achieving successful results.

  4. Risk Mitigation: Anticipating and communicating potential risks and challenges is a crucial aspect of the team's approach. They proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring that actionable plans are in place to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions during the implementation process.

  5. Change Management: Recognizing that change can be disruptive, the team provides guidance and support for effective change management strategies. They collaborate with the Customer's stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition, addressing concerns and facilitating user adoption of the new solution.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise in Eightfold solutions

  • Effectively communicate Eightfold’s value and benefits to customers, prospects, and partners

  • Be an expert resource on Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, and Security

  • Lead Technical, Legal, and Compliance strategy discussions in rapidly emerging areas of AI/Machine Learning, Co-Pilots, and Talent Intelligence

  • Lead customer workshops on solutioning data, processes, integrations, privacy/consent, and security

  • Work with Eightfold implementation partners in defining project objectives and dependencies to meet customer requirements

  • Create and/or review designs, workflows, and integration architectures of end-to-end Talent solutions

  • Support a distributed Sales organization of RVPs, AEs, Solution Consultants, and Partners

What we need

  • Passion and drive to change employment and recruiting at scale round the world

  • Expertise in SaaS, Enterprise Applications, APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, x.509), Analytics, Security and Encryption

  • Experience in Technical Sales, including Data / API Integrations, Security, and Analytics

  • Experience implementing or managing one or more Talent Management solutions, including HRIS/HCM, Recruiting/ATS, LMS/LXP, Career/Development, or Compensation, especially from Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Oracle/Taleo would be a definite plus

  • Knowledge and experience with advance Machine Learning algorithms (RNN/DNN, AUC, FI, Precision) would also be a definite plus

  • Ability to confidently articulation how an modern innovative solution can reliably meet rapidly evolving compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Effective communications and collaborations across diverse audiences and teams, including Customers, Services, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Partners
