角色职责:

• Manages engineering teams in CCR Engineering. Monitors large and critical programs, oversees program's progress and development of new business growth strategies, demonstrates products, and makes final decisions regarding contracts negotiation.

角色 目的:

• Oversees and continually monitors progress of the organization's programs in terms of cost, schedule and technicals to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications.

• Establishes policies for the demonstration and explanation of new or existing products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.

• Establishes the standards for and is the final decision making authority with regards to the negotiation of contracts and contractual terms to protect the organization's business interests.

• Monitors large and critical programs run by senior and experienced professionals to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets.

• Establishes the strategy and oversees the development of new business growth strategies related to existing programs and products to ensure continuous growth and enhance profitability.

• Applying for minor works license

最低要求:

• Management experience in II/III minor works

• Priority given to authorized signatories for minor works

• At least 5 years experience in HVAC, electrical engineering and commercial refrigeration
