Responsibilities:
To support our Commercial Equipment Department for all Sales & Marketing activities
To maintain and build relationship with existing and new customers to identify new business opportunities
To actively reach out to customers to promote new solutions
To understand the market trend and HVAC needs of the customers for internal planning and support formulating of strategies
To prepare quotation & technical submission, order proceeding, cooling loading estimation and energy calculation
To liaise with owner, E&M consultant, E&M contractor, etc.
To handle and resolve customer enquires
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, lower academic qualification with sound working experience will also be considered
At least 2 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in HVAC / Building Services industry
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
A team player with strong sense of urgency
Self-initiated and motivated, able to work with different customer segments
