Responsibilities
Experience developing SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing Agent Workspace/Chat and Virtual Agent in the ITSM module as well as CMS module
ServiceNow development and Administration
Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflows
Gather and translate business/technical requirements into technical design solutions
Develop intuitive solutions from complex business/technical requirements
Facilitate process re-engineering/re-design
Road map and formulate execution strategies
Develop and manage governance frameworks
Design remediation plans for technical implementations that don’t align with best practices Envisioning, proto-typing, presenting, and developing intuitive ServiceNow solutions that exceed customer needs/expectations
Build custom Service Catalog items, workflows, and orchestration with Flow Designer
Apply innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes
Define and document procedure for process and workflow
Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader
Responsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users
Support Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure system environment
Communicate effectively with management and other members of the project team
Additional duties as assigned and defined by management
Qualifications
Must be highly skilled with Service Catalog
Must be experience with scoped applications
Demonstrate ServiceNow Depth of Knowledge across the platform
Strong familiarity with ITSM and implementation of ITIL standards within the ServiceNow Platform
Excellent customer service skills, including presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
Ability to work independently toward delivery of goals as well as collaborate in team efforts
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and software development experience and can demonstrate strong development skills
Experience in setting up and managing both out of the box and custom applications
Proven experience of ServiceNow system administration
Ability to demonstrate experience with determining the best possible solution
Must be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight as well as comfortable working in a team setting
Excellent problem solving and analytics skills, with proven experience of requirements gathering and translating requirements into technical deliveries
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident presenting ideas and designs to different stakeholder levels
Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required, plus 10 years of experience
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 18 Years
Clearance:
Moderate: Tier 2S (Standard MBI)
Location:
100% Remote, USA
Monday - Friday (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM CST Time)
Pay Range:
The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $90,500
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
