The Headlines:

In the role of Manager Quality Assurance working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Rocky Mountain Metal Company Quality Assurance team . You willdirect and supervise the development and implementation of all quality assurance activities for each process step and phase of can and/or end production. Also, develop a proactive approach to the identification and prevention of problems affecting the quality of processes and products.

This position reports to General Plant Manager and works closely with RMMC leadership.

The Responsibilities:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations

  • Quality systems implementation, training, execution and verification in all aspects of Can manufacturing

  • Quality metrics and measurement system implementation and improvement

  • Define supplier quality requirements and/or work closely with Molson Coors Corp. QA to ensure incoming raw material meets or exceeds specifications

  • Provide process and product technical expertise and knowledge, and builds individual capability

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, science or engineering

  • You have at least 5+ years experience in quality control/assurance

  • 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing preferred

  • Can manufacturing experience a plus

  • Experience with quality systems including SPC and lean methodologies required

  • AQS Quality Manager/Engineer certification preferred

  • Lean certification preferred

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Colorado) $100,600 - $144,700
