Location : Golden, CO 80401

Hours : 8am-5pm, M-F

Position Type : Temp to hire

Job Duties

• Receiving Duties:

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.

• Accurately document receipt of goods using Microsoft Excel and our ERP system.

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of received items.

• Report discrepancies and damaged items to the appropriate departments.

• Device Cleaning:

• Clean devices to maintain hygiene and functionality standards.

• Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ensure devices are sanitized and ready for use.

• Perform quality checks on cleaned devices to ensure they meet company standards.

• Inventory Management:

• Assist in inventory counts and audits as required.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages.

• Support stock rotation and organization.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and coordination.

• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on warehouse status and needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in receiving and warehouse operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) warehouse environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.

• Experience using Microsoft Teams for team communication and collaboration.
