About this position:\ Join AgroLiquid and help Prosper the Farmer! Were looking for a Production Associate to join our team in Goodland, KS. This position involves assisting with tasks such as manufacturing products, inventory counts, and loading/unloading trucks. This plant specializes in manufacturing liquid plant nutrition products, so candidates who have experience working in an Agricultural or production environment that made or dealt with products such as water, chemicals, seeds, grain, food, fertilizers, etc., will be a strong fit. - - Must have manufacturing or operations experience - Experience with inventory doing cycle counts, putting numbers into the system, etc. - Previous experience loading and unloading product - Forklift/Hi-Lo experience - Ability to stand, sit, lift, squat, stoop and/or move 50lbs - Railcar or Tanker Truck experience will increase applicant competitiveness - General Welding - Experience transferring liquid ex: setting lines, checking lines, or experience working with pumps is desired
Key Responsibilities:
- - Prepare & load bulk products for shipment by rail, truck, pallet, etc. - Manufacturing inputting information into the computer to manufacture the product - Assist with packaging filling containers, loading & stacking on pallets and shrink-wrapping - Operate forklift, hand truck, dolly and other devices - Off-load railcars & tanker trucks and receive inventory - Assist with cycle counts and inputting numbers into the computer
