They will work with local discharge planning staff to help coordinate with residents leaving incarnation, the hospital, the peer support hub, and sober houses to ensure a smooth transition from one care plan to another. The member will help with reintegration of clients in recovery as well as creating and tracking client support plans.

The Coastal Recovery Community Center provides sober events, meeting spaces for recovery groups and a peer-based approach to recovery provided by trained Recovery Coaches. All of our services are offered free of charge. We aim to be there every step of the way to help people with substance use disorders, their families, friends, and loved ones as they navigate through the recovery process. We are there to support and help individuals find their own path to recovery. Our vision is to coordinate with the organizations of Knox County who offer treatment and support to the community while providing a continuum of services to all people with substance use disorders, their families, friends, and loved ones. This vision begins with educating the general public about addiction and continues with the end goal of removing the stigma of addiction.
