Randstad Staffing is hiring for CNC Mill and Lathe Operators and Setup Machinists in Grand Haven, MI. Responsibilities
Set up CNC Mill or Lathe machines by loading the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitoring machine performance and adjusting as necessary.
Conduct routine quality inspections using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify part dimensions.
Make tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as directed by senior CNC operators or programmers.
Perform basic machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
