Description:

Registers patients for multiple services in a timely and efficient manner. Greets and assists patients, families and other visitors and performs a variety of clerical duties.

What you will need:

  • High school graduate with courses in business and computers.

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language effectively.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • One year of medical office experience preferred with understanding of medical and insurance terms.

  • Able to type 50 wpm, error free.

What you will do:

  • Register patients for multiple hospital services.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Count and balance cash funds and write appropriate an accurate receipt.
