Lincoln Tech in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a talented Maintenance professional to elevate the standards of our property upkeep. This role would involve responding to work orders, maintenance issues, and any assigned projects in a timely manner. Help us to ensure the smooth operation and appearance of our facilities for the benefit of our students and staff. This is a great opportunity for individuals with apartment maintenance experience.
Key Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.
Responsibilities
Perform all types of routine maintenance work
Service onsite equipment and machinery
Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
Perform inventory control and tracking
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
Valid Driver's License
