As a key member of our Talent Placement (TAP) team, the Talent Placement Strategist role is at the heart of our mission to match top HR talent with great HR opportunities and to Make Work Better. You'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving our business objectives. Your responsibilities span from building a thriving HR talent community to ensuring client and candidate delight. Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture our HR talent community.
- Proactively place HR talent that matches our clients' HR needs.
- Continuously enhance TAP team processes and systems.
- Achieve TAP team revenue goals and business objectives.
- Delight clients and candidates with exceptional service.
The Ideal Candidate: Are you the Talent Placement Strategist we're looking for? Check if you match our criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in areas like staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional sales.
Finds fulfillment and energy in making work better through matching talent to opportunities Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring manager relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and technology.
