Mel Trotter Ministry Workforce Development Job Coach- Part Time in Grand Rapids, Michigan
This position works under the direction and guidance of the Director of Workforce Development to further Mel Trotter Ministries' (MTM) relationship with area employers, as a preferred staffing resource for all applicable areas of industry in the Greater Grand Rapids area. This role will serve as a coach to participants, and partner employers, in our WFD track, assisting and guiding them in their employment journey with our community employment partners. This individual will provide data to support our grant writing team.
