As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining various types of machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment, while also maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets. As we continue to grow, we're looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Operating Machinery: Operate various types of machinery such as industrial printers, CNC machines, assembly line equipment, or heavy equipment. Monitoring Operations: Monitor the operation of machinery to ensure it functions properly and efficiently. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure proper operation. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the operation of machinery, such as mechanical problems or malfunctions. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Record-Keeping: Maintain records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and production output. Communication: Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and other team members to coordinate workflow and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing or production environment is often preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating specific types of machinery and equipment. Knowledge of basic mechanical principles is beneficial. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during machine operation and implement effective solutions.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
