A leading manufacturer in Southern Oregon (Grants Pass/Medford area) is seeking a Quality Manager for a direct hire position. This role will report to the General Manager and needs 5-7 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in a high volume/low mix assembly manufacturing environment. This position will develop and maintain Quality Assurance policies for the plan to minimize scrap, rework, and returns. Must have an engineering degree and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

The Quality Manager will lead the plant's Quality Management System & Processes working both internally and externally with customers.
