School Social Worker - Full-Time 2024-25 School Years

We are currently looking for a full-time School Social Worker to join our team and provide support to students near Grayslake, IL for the 2024-25 school year.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' needs through formal assessments and develop appropriate action plans.
Advocate for Students: Act as a liaison between the student, school, and community resources to ensure students’ rights and needs are met.
Promote a Positive School Climate: Foster an inclusive and supportive school environment that promotes the well-being of all students.
Collaborate with Teachers and Staff: Work with educators and school personnel to identify and support at-risk students.
Maintain Confidential Records: Keep detailed and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and interventions.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work
Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
