Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is looking for an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Preble! Preble is an 8 bed community based residential facility (CBRF) in Green Bay, WI that helps clients with mental health concerns. The typical stay for our residents is between 6 months to a year where we will help them develop the critical thinking, problem solving, self-regulation and life skills to transition into living independently. The role is a Full time, overnight (3rd) shift opportunity, with benefits! Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis). Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
