KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Architectural Wall department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This position is responsible for all project and service functions from quoting through installation of the product. Pre-sales activities include custom product specification, reading blue prints, updating our CRM tool (Salesforce.com), verifying drawings, updating change orders/CAD drawing revisions and working on construction timelines. Post-sales activities include managing schedules and contracts, coordinating projects with manufacturing and traffic, customer support for editing orders, shipment and installation coordination and follow-up on any quality issues. The ideal candidate will have an associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of construction customer service or project management experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills are required. This position pays \$25/hour.
