We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers and employees for over 80 years.

The Emerging Technology Customer Coordinator position is designed to provide support to our dealers and customers specific to the Hyster Tracker and Yale Vision solutions. This individual will require in-depth knowledge of our solution platform and sales processes in order to provide timely support. This position will also be responsible for site on-boarding as new customers are implemented. This individual will have to coordinate activities with our dealers and our HYG Telematics department as kits are developed, purchased, installed, and activated. This position will be also be responsible for receiving calls, emails and CM tickets, and effectively trouble-shooting and providing solutions.

The successful Emerging Technology Customer Coordinator will have the following Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide support to dealers and customers specific to Telematics & Motive Power.

  • Ensuring all service and support requests are entered into the contact management system.

  • Meet service goals for all tickets.

  • Ensure CM tickets are closed timely.

  • Assigned with site on-boarding.

  • Provide customer and dealer portal training as a solution platform expert.

The successful Emerging Technology Customer Coordinator will have the following Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree or 5 + years of experience.

  • Entry level professional position with customer service role or system support role experience.

  • Direct customer service (phone and email)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Understand of Telemetry
