Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist is an integral role in providing customer service and marketing to equally solve customer problems, upsell and promote additional items and ingredients.
Position Responsibilities
Service inbound customer calls regarding orders, product & pricing inquires, delivery questions & concerns
Process and review incoming customer orders, and incoming customer inquiries, received from any VBS Customer
Use S2K to maintain and record all customer company and contact information
Assist and Set up Customers and Members with on-line ordering
Fluently speak English and Spanish
Qualifications
Strong organizational, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Must be able to solve customer complaints and question
