Quartermaster Properties LLC Assistant Property Manager in Greer, South Carolina
Job Summary
- Coordinate the leasing or governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties. Includes rented or leased housing units, buildings, or land.
- Show rental vacancies, conduct move in and move out inspections, and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Manage the property in accordance with the terms of the Residential Agreement and the Broker/Trust Agreement.
- Conduct periodic physical inspections of the property, and communicate with vendors/tenants about any maintenance issues.
- Ensure that all QMP policies, and procedures are followed.
- Use independent judgment and discretion in dealing with and resolving resident requests or concerns.
- Ensure property compliance with HOA, fair housing, and safety guidelines.
- Investigate and/or report any incidents involving the property's tenants, vendors, or others.
Education and Experience High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) SC Property Manager License
