As a Senior Maintenance Manager at Beauty Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Additionally, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.

Responsibilities

THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Sr. Manager of Engineering and Facilities acts as the SME for a wide variety of cutting edge material handling systems, automation and electronics equipment for Ulta's Distribution Center(s). The Sr. Manager of Engineering and Facilities will play a key role in maintaining all the equipment to ensure minimal downtime and thus minimizing customer service interruption. This includes addressing emergency breakdowns with minimal downtime, developing a staff of mechanics and coordinating contractors as required providing adequate coverage to support operations.
