Role Definition

EPD currently has an opening for an Account Coordinator within its Project Management Team located in Griffin, GA. This position performs administrative and support tasks for the Project Management team, helping to build relationships, improve customer experience, and support successful project execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the Project Management team.

  • Organizing and compiling information for various meetings, including Handover, Kickoff, production readiness meetings, and supply chain coordination.

  • Compiling Project Summaries or "One Pagers."

  • Updating project plans for various projects as needed.

  • Process change orders.

  • Manage information, confirm current project status, and distribute information to internal and external parties.

  • Facilitate Factory Witness tests, arranging logistics, concessions, and creating pictorial documentation of the progress for end customers and dealers.

  • Communicate project progress and deliverables to end customers and dealers.
