We're looking for a Compensation Technology Analyst to join our team as we scale to support rapid business growth. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Compensation Systems but also a passion for data analytics; they want to understand how all of the puzzle pieces fit together to solve for scale and a world class employee experience. Responsibilities: Manage and administer in the compensation systems Job Architecture with the creation or updates to job families, job profiles, pay mix, and salary structures. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and integrations with other HR and business systems. Analyze compensation data to deliver insights and recommendations for salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation-related decisions. Generate regular reports and dashboards for key team members, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. Participate in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of compensation-related technology solutions. Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Find opportunities to streamline and improve compensation processes through the use of technology. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements in all compensation-related systems. Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly. Deliver training and support to HR and other relevant teams on the effective use of compensation technology tools. Act as an expert, offering guidance on system functionality and best practices. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align compensation technology solutions with organizational goals and strategies. Engage in multi-functional projects to improve overall HR and business processes. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Compensation, Information Technology, or a related HR field. Previous experience in compensation analysis, HRIS, or a related role. Experience with compensation software and systems. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.). Solid attention to details and analytical skills a must. Analytical approach with ability to work with large volume of data and synthesize it to digestible information. Strong problem solving and research skills. Outstanding communication (written and verbal), organizational, problem solving skills. Sophisticated skills in MS Excel and Google Suite. Comfortable working in an environment where operating "in the gray area" is not unusual. Perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. Flexible and able to quickly change course when the needs of the business and team shift direction or accelerate delivery. Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing tight deadlines.
