Description and Requirements

Job description:

  • Lifecycle management for spare parts through NPI to LTBD.

  • Track NPI new spare parts master data on-time readiness (BOM,CC, Sub, Forecast, Price, IB, etc.).

  • Monitor master data change timely & master data accuracy.

  • Handle master data issue (MD missing, EC impact, inactive impact, MD mismatch, etc) to ensure planning smoothly.

  • NPI master data issue analysis & report maintenance & process optimization.

  • Analyze NPI PAL miss reason & look for improvement opportunity.

  • LTB cases study & make sure LTB project on-time close.

  • Interact closely with internal planner & engineer & procurement & MFG to identify LTB plan & future supply.

  • Works withcross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities.

  • Support management to address all aspects of parts/project management & Ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations, MBA degree is a plus.

  • 510 years working experience on planning & project & master data management role in supply chain of similar industry.

  • Familiar with ERP logic, Power BI, Macro, SQL and other data management skill is plus.

  • Good English skills in speaking, listening and writing.

  • Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilstmulti-tasking.

  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability andproblem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
