Key Areas of Activity
Be responsible for new product introduction, existing product improvement.
Key Responsibilities in detail
Carry out Design for Manufacture reviews; ensuring that all new products are designed for optimum materials utilization, efficiency and to meet customer requirements; Follow the New Products Introduction (NPI) process requirements to ensure that process stages are delivered on time and to customer requirements; Work with customers’ team to specify product manufacturing requirements; Create prototype and sample products to customer demand; Work with customers’ Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive cost reduction activity; Assist in trials and selection of new production equipment; Support trials to qualify new materials; Provide technical support to Engineers and Technicians; Provide and record part ECN, for quality and cost control.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above;
two or more years of project management experience strongly encouraged;
Good oral and written English; Good computer skill in MS office and AutoCAD; Good core competencies on Customer Service Orientation, Communication skills, Teamwork, Proactivity, Continuous Improvement, Planning and execution, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving. Willingness to travel.
