Lead Allegro Development in China

Key tasks include:

• Advance technical communication with customer to clarify the customer needs and testing specification

• Prepare technical profile for Allegro wash system to support business targets

• Prepare CAD model and prototype samples for Technical feasibility and performance studies (CAD, Simulation and physical parts).

• Benchmarking and attend event regarding Autonomous drive car to understand the marketing trend of Autonomous drive

• Gather market intelligence together with the Innovation, Sales and Marketing team to influence the Allegro technology roadmap and Kautex Vision 2025.

• Lead and/or support where needed, local product development for Allegro with suppliers and business partners following Kautex development processes (Design reviews, DFMEAs, FLP).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable education

• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and international business traveling experience

• Business English & fluent Chinese skills are necessary

• Mechatronics knowledge

• Plastic injection molding experience is beneficial

• Experience ideally in the area of screen wash Systems / wash pump / sensor of automotive parts is desired
