  • Is motivated by making a positive impact in the community, rather than just a paycheck.  Lives within 30 miles of Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Wallingford, or North Haven.

  • Is proficient with smartphones and apps, as most of the communication will be conducted through these mediums.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in various tasks to support our clients, including organizing, packing, and relocating.

  • Moving supplies and boxes within the client's home.

  • Lifting boxes, decor, and some furniture within the home and to new locations.

  • Sorting, organizing, and packing household goods to be moved or sold.

  • Safely packing and unpacking items.

  • Disposal of unwanted items for donation or removal.

  • Sorting items, taking photographs, and adding descriptions for online auctions

  • Engaging with clients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner. Collaborating with team members to provide seamless, high-quality service.

  • Participating in community events and initiatives to represent our values and mission.

  • No specific experience is necessary.

  • Paid training provided.

    Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

  • Must be able to lift more than 30 pounds properly

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation

  • Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
