职位 概述

  1. 项目销售阶段对销售人员进行技术支持,并对非标成本进行预估 ; 合同形成订单后,排产前,发货前及安装过程中的土建确认和跟踪

  2. 负责与甲方、总包方、监理沟通安装和配合事宜;

  3. 负责项目RDD的确认,发货的跟踪

  4. 负责安装过程中安全和质量的检查及控制

5.工地现场出现FTB时,负责到工地现场确认,并及时反馈给工地支持部;

6.负责制订项目进度计划,并在安装过程中拉动项目进展并在系统中更新项目的进展;

7.负责应收款的跟踪和收取;

8.负责调试和终检的确认及跟踪;

9.负责安装开工前技术监督局告知,安装结束后技术监督局报验和协助验收,并对验收结果进行跟踪;

10.安装结束后负责将设备移交给客户和服务;

11.过程中,负责推广X-order,若客户有意向时,负责制订方案、报价、物料跟踪、应收款收取等相关工作;

12.当安装单位对安装有疑问时,负责指导和培训;

13.根据项目进度及时出具《安装工地联系单》给客户,汇报工地情况和工地需要配合、整改的工作内容;

14.负责项目档案和资料的整理及最终归档;

15.准确填写监督工时单;

16完成领导安排的其它工作。

通常情况下,您需要:

  • 优质高效地安装管理新电梯

  • 按照所有环境健康与安全准则安全工作。

  • 根据工作需要进行夜间驻守

  • 在现场与客户进行直接沟通,建立良好的合作关系

  • 在安装前后进行检查,确保高质量和安全标准

成功的候选人需要具备:

必须具备电梯设备方面的知识,熟悉当地验收便准(包括国标)并能将电梯工程原理应用到安装工作中。

  • 按照国家标准要求完成电梯安装管理工作

  • 至少拥有3-5年电梯行业的工作经验,或现场/安装管理经验,

  • 具备良好的电气和机械知识技能。

  • 能自如地阅读工作计划和进行计算分析。

  • 对技术产品和新技术以及安装工作有丰富兴趣。
