Qualifications:•BBA in Accounting•Fully Bilingual•Three to five years’ experience in same position•Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Sage 50, Sage Accounting Products or other accounting software•While experience in the construction sector is not required, it is considered a strong plusResponsibilities:•Full accounting cycle•Record transactions in journals, classify, postings entries for a period.•Prepare financial statements•Reconcile subsidiary accounts to controls.•Prepare and submit annual tax reports, including 480 and W2 forms, and quarterly reports•Prepare payroll and corresponding taxes.•Prepare and file Sales and Use Tax•Assist external auditors•Prepare investment reports, providing detailed analysis and insights
