The Team : The candidate will be a part of Digital Workplace Automation Platform & Solutions team. We provide Learning Opportunities, Solutions and Consultancy to Citizen Developers on Power Platform, Develop Custom Solutions and deliver Automation as a service to various teams

What’s in it for you : We are seeking a skilled, versatile with technical background and with expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and AI Builder to join our dynamic team. As a Power Platform Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining, strategizing, and overseeing the development and enhancement of our products leveraging Microsoft's Power Platform technologies.

Responsibilities:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Power Apps and AI Builder-based solutions in alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development from concept to launch. Build customised solutions on Power Apps , Develop Ai builder scalable models for other businesses. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features and enhancements. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features. Act as a subject matter expert on Power Apps and AI Builder, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to continuously improve product usability, functionality, and customer satisfaction. Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners. Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency. Document configurations, processes, and best practices for fabric and Power BI administration. Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to enhance their Power BI proficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills:

Power Platforms Administration preferably Power Apps and Ai Builder Development Capabilities:

  • Add-on Programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, or PowerShell for application development.

  • Knowledge of Power Platforms App Development, Workflow Development & Ai Builder

  • Familiar to AI and ML Terminologies and how to fine-tune AI Models

  • Experience on low-code / no-code Platforms

Cloud Platforms:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure,

  • Understanding of cloud-based services and how they relate to application hosting and data storage like Dataverse.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ Years of experience in App development, low-code platforms, building plug and play AI Models

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Power Platforms Functional Architect Certification Preferred.

  • Familiarity with other BI tools and reporting solutions.

  • Proven experience in Power Apps & Ai builder administration and development.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Automate, and Power BI.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrable experience piloting and driving new technologies.

  • Demonstrable experience working with continuous integration principals and technologies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile preferred)
